Our Mission
Our mission is to successfully prepare our students to enter the World of Health and Healing. We strive to encourage our students to become confident leaders in their professions, and in the communities around them. We have made it a primary focus to mentor our students, and inspire students to recognize and pursue the limitless opportunities available to them.
History and Vision
Healthcare Academy of California opened in 2012 to launch a new generation of healthcare education and to supply healthcare training programs that impact the public sector. Our vision is to prayerfully continue to grow as an institution that offers multiple programs that train and certify students to begin careers in the health care industry. We look forward to serving our community and making an economic impact in our local job market.
Accreditation and Approvals
Healthcare Academy of California is a private institution approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Healthcare Academy of California programs are approved by the: State of California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Licensing and Certification Program, Aide and Technician Certification Section (ATCS), American Heart Association (AHA), County of San Diego EMS certified (State) and NREMT (Nationally) approved.
Giving
Healthcare Academy gives a portion of their profits to CBN’s Operation Blessing Disaster Relief Fund and Orphan’s Promise. CBN sponsors relief efforts from local offices around the world. Teams mobilize quickly and work alongside U.N. and other organizations, churches, and local community leaders to bring immediate relief to disasters worldwide.
